Saint-Nizier catholic church

The most beautiful church in the Lyon neighbourhood.
On the Lyon peninsula, the Saint-Nizier church is the main parish in the area.
The church is representative of the transition between the Gothic and the Renaissance. It was built in the 15th century, in a flamboyant style, and has a 16th century door which ends in a conch.
In the 19th century, the south neo gothic spire in openwork stone was built to mirror the north steeple, in 15th century brick.
